Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter
- The Promoter is: Rally Car Hire Ltd, whose company number is 16091916 and whose registered office is Stocks Lane, Winslow, Bucks MK183FP (the “Promoter”).

2. The Competition
- These terms and conditions (the "T&Cs") apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at rallycarforhire.co.uk (the “Website”).
- In the event of any conflict between the T&Cs and any listing on the Website, advertisement, or other materials used in the promotion of a competition by the Promoter, these T&Cs shall take precedence.
- To enter a Competition (an “Entrant”), participants must correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by the Promoter (the “Competition Question”).
- All Competitions include a Competition Question and an entry fee is payable each time you enter.
3. How to Enter
- Competitions will run from the “Opening Date” to the “Closing Date” as specified on the Website, with all respective times and dates referred to being those in London, England.
- All entries must be submitted online via the Website before the Closing Date. Postal entries will not be accepted.
- The maximum number of entries for each Competition will be stated on the Website.
- To enter a Competition:
- Visit the Website and select the Competition you wish to enter.
- Input your answer to the Competition Question.
- Complete the required details, agree to the T&Cs, and complete the necessary payment (if any). The use of payment facilitators such as PayPal, or credit cards, is subject to the respective party’s terms and conditions which apply to the use of such payment methods.
- Where you purchase a Competition entry online, the Promoter will send confirmation that your entry has been received.
- The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or delayed entries, regardless of cause,.
4. Eligibility
- The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except:
- Employees of the Promoter.
- Immediate family members of employees of the Promoter.
- Any other third party directly related to or has knowledge of the Competition, at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion.
- All Entrants must:
- Be shorter than 6 ft 5 inches and weigh less than 120 kg (due to the capabilities of the cars and health and safety requirements).
- Hold a valid UK driving licence or rally licence for selected competitions.
- Be a resident of England or Wales. Entrants from other jurisdictions are not permitted to enter.
- If the Competition involves a BARS test or equivalent, the Promoter will cover the cost of the first test and provide reasonable assistance. If the Entrant fails for any reason, they may be required to pay for any subsequent tests, at the Promoter’s discretion.
5. Choosing a Winner
- For each Competition, all correct entries will be entered into a random draw.
- The draw will be live on a date specified in the Competition advertisement.
- The winner will be contacted immediately after the draw via telephone or email. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a redraw will take place.
6. The Prize
- The Prize for each Competition is detailed on the Website.
- The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- If the Prize is the hire or lease of a vehicle for a rally, or rally experience:
- The Winner must ensure they are licensed and insured as directed by the Promoter, together with any other conditions the Promoter may reasonably require.
- The Promoter has no responsibility or liability for the Prize once it has been delivered or collected.
7. Data Protection and Publicity
- By entering, you consent to your personal data being used by the Promoter for administering the Competition and contacting winners.
- The Winner agrees to their name and image being used for promotional purposes unless they notify the Promoter otherwise.
- The Promoter and entrants shall comply with all applicable data protection legislation.
- By entering you consent to receive marketing from the Promoter. You are able to unsubscribe at any time.
8. Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to any Entrant or Winner, or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering the Competition or receiving the Prize. Your statutory rights are not affected. The Promoter hereby excludes all liability for consequential or indirect losses or damages of any nature.
- Personal Injury waiver, This Personal Injury Waiver (the "Waiver") is made by the undersigned for the purpose of utilizing the Vehicle managed by Rally Car Hire Ltd (the "Company"), at any location this Vehicle is driven and in the acknowledgement that in the utilization of the Vehicle the competition winner is at risk of personal injury.
- In consideration of the Company allowing the undersigned to make use of the Vehicle and its equipment for the relevant purpose by which the Company allows, the undersigned agrees to assume the foreseeable and unforeseeable risk of personal injuries related to the activity, and agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, the Company, its owner(s) and employees free from any and all liabilities, claims, cause of action, damages, or losses, which may be incurred by the undersigned in using said premises and its equipment and/or facilities, and which may arise from any reason whatsoever, specifically including, but not limited to, any negligence on the part of the owners, its employees, or losses arising from theft or for any other reason whatsoever.
- This Waiver shall be binding upon the Parties, their respective heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.
- In case any part of this Waiver be construed as improper or invalid, such invalidity will affect only that part of this Waiver and the rest shall remain valid and enforceable.
- Any alteration, modification, or amendment to this Waiver shall not be considered as valid unless otherwise written and signed by the undersigned herein.
- The Parties submit to the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusivity.
9. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel these T&Cs at any time.
- If the Promoter believes there has been a breach of these T&Cs, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition and any future Competitions.
- The rights of third parties are specifically excluded under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of its terms.
- Competitions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
