Description

The Prize Includes:

BARS Rally Licence (UK) – Test and fees fully covered
Full Personal Race Kit – Helmet, HANS device, balaclava, and race suit

- Transport of the car to and from the event
- Tyres, fuel, spares, and on-event mechanical support
- Comprehensive insurance – no excess

Entry Requirements:

Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid UK Rally Licence
(BARS test is included – if you fail, retest fees are your responsibility)
If Donington doesn’t suit, an alternative rally of equivalent value will be offered
You may enter for yourself, a qualified driver, or as a co-driver
Winners will be randomly selected from correct answers to our skill-based question

How to Enter:

£20 per entry, up to 10 entries per person
Only 300 tickets available – a minimum of 200 entries is required

(If the minimum isn’t reached, all entrants receive a full refund)

Rally Date: 30th November 2025 – Donington Park

How do I enter the competition?

To enter the competition:

A. go to the Website and select the Competition you wish to enter

B. input your answer to the Competition Question

C. select the required number of entries and proceed to checkout

D. Agree to Terms and Conditions and complete purchase.

You will receive an email confirming whether your entry.

Where is my email confirming my purchase and ticket numbers?

Once you’ve purchased your tickets, you will be sent a confirmation email for your entries along with your ticket numbers, typically within 10-15 minutes. During period of high demand, this may take a couple of hours. Your ticket numbers are assigned instantly once tickets are purchase, so if you’re trying to find your ticket number, If you continue to have further issues, please email info@rallycarforhire.co.uk

How will I know if I have won?

Live Draw: Streamed on Facebook on the date and time mentioned in the description for live viewing of the draw. The winner will be called on the phone number they provided and contacted by email. The winner must resond with 48 hours or a re draw will take place.

What happens if the winner does not claim their prize?

The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize. Everybody that was in the draw will be informed that a re draw will take place at a certain date and time if the winner does not claim the prize.

Is there a cash alternative?

Unless otherwise mentioned, there will be no cash alternative.

How do you use my personal data?

We need to use your data to administer the competition and award prizes. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

We do not share your data with any third parties unless this is necessary for administering the competition.

If you are the winner, we may have to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority to confirm that we have administered the competition and awarded the prizes fairly.

You have the right to opt out from us using your data at any time. However, if you do ask us to remove your details from our database prior to the closing date, you will be withdrawing from the competition. You will not be entitled to a refund of any entry fees you have paid.

We may send you promtional emails with upcoming competitions, you may also opt out at anytime.

If I win, do I have to participate in promotional exercises?

No, this is not compulsory. However, with your permission, we would love to share your excitement on our website and social media pages.

Even if you do not want to participate in any promotional exercises, we may have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to prove we have administered the competition and awarded the prize fairly.

How is the winner decided?

Once a competition has closed, we will post the full 'entry list' on our website. You will see all of your draw numbers, as well as everyone else in the competition. We will then draw the competition with a live presenter on our Facebook page. We will be using a third party draw generater.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds of the entry fees. We only provide a refund if we do not reach the minimum numbers required to make the draw.

Allow upto 7 days for the refund.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes, if you are in mainland UK and over the age of 18. We are one of only a few competitions companies signed up with PayPal. To use simply proceed to checkout and select PayPal as your payment option.
